Description

CENTRAV – a leader in wholesale travel provides individual and group travel services to travel agents and travel specialists.  Centrav, Inc is headquartered at 511 E. Travelers Trail, Burnsville, MN 55337.

The following job position is immediately available.  We invite all qualified candidates to apply!

Responsibilities

You will provide excellence in customer care working directly with retail travel agents & specialists.  You will be reliable, flexible, effective at problem resolution, maintain a positive attitude under pressure & thrive in a fast-paced environment – always projecting a friendly & professional company image via phone, chat & email with clients, hotels & the airlines.

Minimum Requirements

1 year Travel Agent, or Customer Service, or Sales experience.  Strong computer & communication skills. A fast learner. Efficient & accurate.  An effective team player but also able to work well, independently, and demonstrate continuous initiative.      

 

Preferences:  

  • to applicants with travel industry experience and GDS knowledge, but not required.  
  • to applicants who are bi-lingual, fluent in English & Spanish, but not required.  

On-the-Job-Training:  GDS & travel industry training applicable to Centrav company operations
