An event my client wanted to attend was cancelled due to coronavirus, but the event was cancelled outside of the waiver policy. What should we do?
There are two options:
- If the trip is beyond the waiver window, you could wait. By waiting, the airline
may issue a waiver for the time frame. Remember, when the airline does not
charge a change/cancel fee, neither does Centrav.
- If your client wants to cancel now, click the Refund button found in My Bookings on
Centrav.com. Many of our fares can be canceled for the airline penalty and the
normal Centrav fee.
