(0:00) After making a booking, you can send a receipt to your client. (0:04) You begin by clicking My Bookings, then View next to your booking. (0:10) And you can see the options on the right under Receipts.

(0:14) You can send a quote with no pricing, credit card price, (0:17) and if you’re set up for DPA, you can send a cash price quote. (0:21) You’ve also got an agent receipt here too. If you click this (0:25) without adding profit, you’ll get a warning.

So we want to cancel that, (0:29) go down and add our profit first. Save those changes. (0:37) And let’s try that credit card price quote.

Put in your client’s email here, (0:41) and you can add a custom message of any kind. Just type whatever you want, (0:45) or you can use our recommended copy right here, and you can modify this too. (0:49) You can go in and change whatever you want.

You can also bring in the rules and modify that. (0:54) For example, if you don’t want to call at 11 p.m., (0:56) you can change that to something a little more reasonable. (1:00) If we scroll down, we can see the information being sent out, (1:04) price, itinerary, and rules.

Come up to the top and click Send.
