Airline Requirements:

Airlines at any point may ask you to present proof of your affiliation to a humanitarian or religious non-profit at the airport.

It is extremely important for you to have this when you arrive at the airport. If you do not the airline can refuse you passage with no refund.

Any of the examples below are acceptable forms of proof:

  • Your Non-profit Business Card
  • A letter From a Non-profit
  • An E-mail from a Non-profit

Missionary Eligibility:

Passengers must be able to provide at any time of their journey non-profit identification id/or original certificate of a missionary church or organization on original letterhead of the missionary church organization.

Any passenger traveling with this fare must be compliant with the eligibility and must be able to produce one of the documents previously specified at any time upon request. If not, a fare adjustment will be applied. Eligibility produced after the fact will not be accepted.

Family members/children less than 12 years of age or less than 18 years of age, if dependents, traveling with members/employees must provide a family registration book or any other official documentation.

Humanitarian – NGO Eligibility:

Passengers must be able to provide at any time of their journey non-profit identification id/or original certificate of membership of an NGO or original letter of mission on letterhead of the not for profit.

Any passenger traveling with this fare must be compliant with the eligibility and must be able to produce one of the documents previously specified at any time upon request. If not, a fare adjustment will be applied. Eligibility produced after the fact will not be accepted.

Family members/children less than 12 years of age or less than 18 years of age, if dependents, traveling with members/employees must provide a family registration book or any other official documentation.

To enroll your agency in ACH direct debit, download the Electronic Enrollment form above, complete the form and email it along with a voided check to payments@centrav.com . Once enrolled, your agents will see the Electronic Payment option at checkout and the booking total will be deducted from the pre-enrolled bank account.  Agency owner/managers are allowed to place limits on who can use Electronic Payment to make purchases from their Centrav account by contacting payments@centrav.com.
