“My best client’s feedback was when I suggested a client book a scooter for her cruise which she was about to cancel. She had knee surgery and called me to cancel her cruise that was 6 months down the road from fear of not being able to move around the ship. I advised her that I knew a company that would deliver a scooter to the ship, and the rest was history. She went and had a blast and even said she was the life of the party on that sailing. She sent me a cookie basket to thank me for not letting her cancel and the scooter tip!”

With only one night in NYC, I did what any dedicated travel agent would do — I called their congressman’s office. After explaining the urgency, they secured a same-day passport appointment. The clients completed their missionary trip successfully, and when they returned, they shared the story with everyone at church. That one experience brought me countless new clients.”
