If your client is paying with a credit card, it’s important to protect your commission.
The way to protect it is by going into your booking and adding your profit in the markup box. Select the “Traveler Quote + Credit Card Price” on the right side of your screen. This is the quote template you send to your client. You can copy in a preselected set of rules for your client. If you scroll down, you’ll find that the rules are not specific. To find out the specific rules per fare, you can contact live chat or you can call us. We can look those up for you, so you can type the rules into your client’s quote.
If the cancel penalty is $200, you’ll want to add that and your commission into the rules.
